Politicians have, for decades, snuggled up to Murdoch and his vile cronies. Celebrities welcome the publicity he gives them until he reveals their sordid lives. The public buy the bloody disgusting much he peddles. Now, discovering that there is evidence of what we have always suspected (if we have a brain), that his reporters intrude into the lives of people at the time of their darkest grief everyone is baying for his blood.
Outpourings of villification, abhorrence and disgust spew from the mouths of the very people who have supported him.
When you sup with the devil, use a long, long spoon.
