Hey all...I invited Witt to join the blog so please say hello when you get a chance.

I met Witt via Jess so she has a natural connection to the blog.

She's also Canadian so we can count on her to supply the maple syrup and bacon once the shop expands into a full breakfast menu. She's a babysitting fiend too so when the daycare center opens up...

Even though she's been seen in my company, please don't judge her on that alone. She's really very nice.
