Elizabeth Taylor
Elizabeth Taylor, a Hollywood legend with her heady mix of beauty, jet-set lifestyle and outspoken activism, died today aged 79. Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor was born in North West London the daughter of American parents. As well as a screen legend blessed with timeless beauty, Liz Taylor devoted much of her last few years and energy to AIDS-related charities and fundraising.

Little women and national velvet is my best memory of lizzie.... quintessentially English !!
I loved her in the movie Taming Of The Shrew....too bad she is gone now. Her memory will live on some how:)
