Fifty thousand hits today! Hits! I said Mary not…… It never seemed possible we would get this far back in November 2008 when we set out to provide a community resource for Lit chatters . Originally, the Blogs were Nikkie’s inspiration encouraged by Jess and they with myself Auntie and ‘Rachel.’ made up the original team. Since then we have published over 2484 posts

Gradually the mission of our little forum has developed to what we have now - a Blog that promotes the wide gamut of women’s interests, as well as a source of erotica, titillation and a place where women can find support and fun to see them through their on-line lives. Looking back there have been some truly awesome posts over our short history on every subject imaginable covering the full spectrum of human emotion.

At this juncture I would like to pause and remember our dear friend Jess, who still inspires this Blog and did so much to make on-line chat a better and nicer place.

It has not all been plain sailing. In our original incarnation we created some bewildering resentment and malice from inadequate people who could never see beyond the serial failure of their lives and as consequence sustained some truly venal attacks. Not just at the Blog but much was directed at myself personally and I’ve had to endure a number of smears designed to make people question my integrity. In some ways the following has become one of my favourite quotes here:




I mention these things as I truly do owe you all a very big thank you for supporting and sustaining me.

To celebrate our 50,000 hits. We will be operating a limited ‘open comment’ today so our readers can join in too.
