An excellent post and so absolutely true, Jasmin! Thank you for sharing this. Think I will tape it to a mirror in my bathroom or make a magnet for my refrigerator. Just the sort of thing it helps to be reminded of each day! :)

As one of your admirers Jas I’ve always intuitively felt you have kept much of your light hidden under a bushel (or perhaps somewhere even more unmentionable). Your thinking and writing has always demonstrated profound insight, but in the nicest possible way you continue to surprise me. To be able to encapsulate something as vast and complex as on-line life, as simply and succinctly as you have done is a true art.
For sometime I’ve been trying to capture the essence of our life here and to distil it down into a few simple sentences - (I’ve started writing ‘The Memoirs of a Lit Girl) , but with nowhere the success you have. I truly take my hat off to you. Well done. *hugssss I know dear Jess would have said: ‘a truly awesome post!’
Saffy my wonderful friend, where to start? That comment just made my week :) And it made me smile. I don't even know what to say back to that, except that to get a comment like that from someone who I look up to is definitely one of the most amazing things :)
And the fact that you said Jess would have said that :) Nothing like getting compliments from two of the people I look up to most here. I hope you remember I didn't even write that quote though lol, I got it from online! Not my property :P
