Black History Month continued

Kimmie, I just finished reading your James Langston Hughes post and wish to thank you for contributing it. I look very forward to seeing your Josephine Baker coverage as well. Due to PC issues I was unable to complete my drafts on African American figures I wanted to cover and may still not be able to. However here are a few videos I would like to share on behalf of Black History Month which are poetically inclined.

Smokey Robinson – Spoken Word

Maya Angelou – Poem for Michael Jackson

Planet Earth - Poem by Michael Jackson

In conclusion... this video never ceases to move me.

I think this is a really super project, even though I find myself on a very steep learning curve.

Thank you very much Camille and Kimmie.

I like Smokey's Spoken word. A lot of it made me laugh and some of it made me think. Thank you Camille.
