One of the girls only events at a rodeo is Barrel racing where horse/rider are timed going around three barrels without toppling a barrel.
At the arena tried to find the answer to Saffron's side saddle questions-- well when asked about side saddle always got a puzzled look like that is kind of personal isn't it? Almost universally the opinion was that it's best to straddle the horse but those that prefer to ride side saddle these might be required plus after the ride could be used for other uses.
