I wanted to pass on New Years greetings,to all. Saffy said it best, but it merits repeating. The success of the blog, is due, in large part, to the abilities of it's members, and contributing writers. Liss, Lauren, Monica, Kimmie, Camille, Dan, Jenny, Jas, Mary, Nashs, Nikkie and jaye, Linda and Ali,and of course, saffy, among others. all of you have contributed greatly, be it music, videos,pictures or perhaps just insight into the Issues of the day. This year also saw the addition of many new members, including Camille, Twister,Dan and Gwen, and others.
Because of the abilities of those mentioned above, the blog was able to rise like a phoenix, from the ashes of acrimony, that brought about the untimely demise of the lit girls room. It's time for all of you to take a well deserved bow, and curtain call. There would be no blog without all of you.
As Saffy said, Jess was an integral part of this blog. It was Jess and Saffy's idea of putting an idea, into motion, that became this blog. I would like to think that Jess is still very much a part of what happens here.
Saffy has always showed a rare combination of intelligence, wit, strength, not to mention character and integrity,and a stout heart, which enabled this blog to survive. Without saffy as a driving force, we would be a loose collection of individuals.
Kimmie had mentioned about her wish for true peace, in the New year. I would only add, may our service people, and those of their respective countries, including the U.K, be reunited soon, with their loved ones, and family, and that the healing process can start soon, for them
I Also wanted to mention Lauren, who silently worked, to try to maintain this blog. It may have just been supporting Saffy, or myself, or contributing various articles, pieces, or music, or videos. I know I have come to rely on that. Know that your contribution means a lot.
I want to wish all of you, a Happy, and prosperous New Year, and all the best, in the coming months.

It has begun, 2011 is here, (at least on the blog...technically it's still a few more hours away for Texas) but I'm boot-scoot-boogie-ing it on in now with you to also say: Yippie-Kie-YAY, Happy New Year, everyone!!! :)
