Last minute gift ideas

Always conscious that we have many male readers who at this time of the year will be rushing about like headless chickens wondering what to buy the women in their life for Christmas, we have put together some last minute gift ideas. These gifts have been tested on generations of women and will always be guaranteed to get you into a woman’s good books. Remember you can never spend too much. Don’t let anyone ever tell you it’s the thought that counts!

Why not push the boat out and buy her that emerald she's always wanted?

Leather jackets never go out of fashion.

Perhaps membership of that nice new club she's been wanting to join?

Personally I never go anywhere on my travels without a Swiss Army penknife, indispensable for filing nails, peeling apples, cutting labels off new frocks and opening champagne bottles

Everyone likes a book at Christmas.

A new camera could lead to endless hours of fun.

A new frock might be just the thing - purchased under female supervision of course.

Guitars and pearls are always popular.

Did I mention emeralds?

Perhaps some Victorian prints for her study?

You can never lose with chocolates.

If you'd really like to splash out an Apple Mac Air Book might be just the thing so she can go on line anywhere and chat to other women all over the world.

What an inspiring selection. On balance I think rather think the pearls (guitar no use to me - cant play it)

Emeralds dont go with my eyes. Might go with at least one of Donna's though?

Leather jackets and the club membership definitely appeal.

If any one needs a slightly used chestnut-haired 41 year old for Christmas, do please let me know.
