Many of you may have read the book Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy published in 1974 by John le Carré, which went on to become the definitive spy novel. Many writers sought to emulate it, but very few succeeded. Later in the 1970s the BBC produced a brilliant dramatization of the book. More recently it has been turned into a film which has had mixed reviews. Not withstanding this The Girls Coffee Shop will be showcasing its own version shortly called Tinker, Tailor, Tyke and Tease. A gripping bodice ripper set in 2015, a time when women with their far more persuasive skills and powers of deception have taken over the word-wide espionage fraternity.
