Heartfelt thanks to all of you who helped make my Birthday so special yesterday with such wonderful posts. Thank-you also to all those of you who left greetings in the form of comments, messages, e-mails and e-cards. There were even some pleasant surprises from people who I thought had long forgotten me. Thirty – ‘The Big Three-Oh’ is I guess one of life’s milestones that says that your frivolous youth is now officially over. I will of course endeavour to be much more serious and sensible in future. Thank you everyone, your love and friendship is much appreciated.

I’d like to add my belated birthday wishes and echo Sammie’s words. Although you no longer use Lit chat you are still much loved and respected there. We miss you very much Saffron and hope that one day you will return to bless us with your own very unique brand of fun again. Meanwhile thank you for a wonderful blog. Keep up the good work.
Thank you Saffron for helping to hold together such a loosely knit group of friends. This place has morphed over time from the sexcapades of LIT, and the special friendships that were formed there, to this amalgamation of talented and beautiful people. We are all still together in no small part from your unflinching desire to provide a healthy and safe place for us all to meet and socialize. I for one feel proud to count you as a friend and want to thank you for all that you have done for me personally over the years. You have my undying affection and admiration. All the best to you on your special day!
